This ale opens with the pop of bitter citrus fruit before quickly and unexpectedly falling away to reveal a much softer and creamy dairy textured and tasting center. The finish is sweet and buttery and a little nutty. The unexpected dairy and sweet components of this brew make it a very strong candidate for pairing with earthy desserts and nutty sweet treats. One a side note, the Peak Organic label designs are horrible and need a massive artwork and design overhaul, emphasis upon 'artwork.'
